Pros
The commission structure is a much better structure to get your full commission sooner compared to Aston Carter, which is where I worked before. As of right now anyways, they also don’t strictly watch production. They do, but it’s not a constant stressor to be growing. At least so far.
Cons
They micromanage time yet they don’t do any one on ones or try to help you figure out how to improve. The training is pretty bad. The people you work with are very nice, but they have clicks and have no limitations of topics of conversation. They have had multiple payroll issues since I’ve been there. And depending on the day, there is a lot of complaining and negativity.
