PDS is a small specialized recruiting firm that has a very laid back yet professional culture focused on providing quality service to clients as well as contractors. The company CEO, CFO/President, managers and seasoned recruiters were each very personable and open to sharing knowledge that allowed me to grow within the company as well as in my career.
Cons
On the recruiting side of business, it can seem very numbers driven at times but the company does a great job of developing recruiters to help meet their metrics by facilitating weekly information sharing meetings with other team members, allowing job shadowing opportunities with senior recruiters, and frequent touch base meetings to establish recruiting areas of interest and provide guidance.
