Management has been there for a while. No one was hired out of the company. Open minded to new, creative ideas.

Cons

Little career path and way to move up. Also, little money to go to conferences

Pros

Many managers allow some freedom in finding solutions to problems. Flexable schedule for a good work/life balance. Teams are supportive and work together to get workload done. Clients see this and it leads to excellent feedback.

Cons

other managers are more rigid and it shows on their teams. Although this seems to have improves as of late.
