Where do I begin. The company feels like death. Except very few, most of the resources on the engineering teams are like parasites who are sub par at best and thriving on the skills of others. The hiring process is broken and they are not able hire decent candidates. The mediocrity is rampant in the QA teams. Most of them are just expendable resources and the management is not doing anybody any favor by retaining them. Some of very good developer are upset with the lack of growth and are leaving looking for greener pastures. Some of the team members are in their mid 50s and have no clue on how the technology landscape has changed. They still work like it is in the 90s. The office ambience is more like "Dunder Mifflin", devoid of sunlight and lacks life. Luckily, they now offer work from home full time, which is good and bad. Bad for the company as there is no team enthusiasm, good for employees as they don't have to be in that miserable office.
