      Good company to work for.....

      Pros

      Good company with great communication Fair salaries comparatively speaking Good holiday and leave benefits HR was VERY good. They had some amazing talent Work/Life balance was good Nice people local and in corporate

      Cons

      Some of the middle management were major micro managers. Created their own policies for people under their coverage which did not align with the rest of the company. Worked with some people who had far less experience, knowledge and or drive - but had been there so long they kept making a higher salary for doing less work.

      Pros

      Professional Management, great compensation, and a really caring president.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, PESystems did not win any of the recompetes for recent contracts in San Antonio, so all of us long time employees had to move to other companies or find other jobs.

      No Strategic Vision or Direction

      Pros

      At one time known for their professional staff. Fairly nimble and responsive to customer requirements.

      Cons

      Poorly managed. Remained in the Government services market rather than investing in growth markets and technologies. Bidding low at the expense of employees rather than structuring the company to be cost competitive. Can't compete in the services market and occupies no technological niche. Poor choice of consultants.
