      Pros

      Great management! I have finally found a company that takes pride in its people. No micromanagement, no favorites. You are treated as an equal and your opinion is heard. Great communication between the upper management and employees, great working environment. Everyone within the company is valued and appreciated and that's what makes the company - Unique! It feels like a big family where everyone works together to reach success! I am happy to be here.

      Pros

      They communicate very well and compensate you for good work. Also they actually care that the team is doing their job.

      Cons

      We had a lazy project manager and it took them a while to catch on. The PM was the worst but in the end upper management handled it well.
