PE Systems reviews

In 20+ years of working for multiple defense contractors, PE Systems is by far the most organized and well-run one that I have encountered. Senior management is knowledgeable and engaged, but does not feel the need to micromanage. A quality work-life balance is not only expected, but encourage. I would highly recommend this company to anybody looking for a job.

Values their employees and does everything they can to try and make the feel valued. Was recently acknowledged for the good work I was doing. This acknowledgement came from above my manager. Great health insurance. (although slightly higher payments) You get what you pay for! Very relaxed office, not overly corporate feel which is nice. Flexible hours if needed, generous PTO and holiday schedule. I've worked many jobs and by far I'd say this is the best yet!
