Pros

The flexible work schedule was incredible, management was very supportive, and the company loves to promote from within.

Cons

Defense contracting can be frustrating because of DoD contract negotiations and limitations, but that’s not a reflection of PESystems.

Pros

Great pay, superb benefits (health insurance premiums a little high but not horrible), and a management structure that doesn't micromanage and treats their employees like professionals.

Cons

None really. The contract I work on is a little dull and repetitive but that is not the company's fault.
