Pros

Provides the stability of a company that will always be in demand. There are many diverse positions in the company for engineers to get experience with. The people working for the company are very knowledgeable able always there to help.

Cons

Training can be lacking, especially in the work from home environment. It is sometimes difficult to find the resources needed to do your job effectively as lots of information is spread across many places both physical and digital. Pay is a little lower than the average engineering job but you get the benefit of stability.
