      Pros

      Matrixed model, increased volume of small projects up to $10M over time since first joining, meet KPIs, and focus on what you can control. Utilities industry is very stable. Always going to need grid modernization meaning $B (billions) of dollars in the portfolio keeping the city lights on.

      Cons

      Start projects early. Most people complain when they are behind on projects.
