      Pros

      Good focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Stable company. Good pay once bonus is factored in. Clean office with good access to SEPTA transit. Generally good work/life balance with rotating on-calls.

      Cons

      High performers tend to be overworked and cornered in their careers. Management plays favorites when promoting. High turnover leads to chaos and lack of skilled engineers. High amount of your salary is held hostage in the yearly bonus.

      Pros

      Great people to chat with. Workload seems to fluctuate from group to group but my team seemed to not be under the microscope so no issues there.

      Cons

      You get fire drills every now and then where everyone and anyone wants information on the weirds trends or metrics and no one has any idea what to do with it. Basically make it up as you go and hope no one calls you out.
