      Pros

      Stability, benefits and focus on Innovation. Utilities are her stable companies to be apart of. The operation would fail if it were not for the dedication of the employees. This industry has benefited fro. Very loyal employees.

      Cons

      Training needs work and expect long hours. You have take the initiative to train yourself. This industry has a sink or swim culture that is changing but it still there. If you want get things done. Don't be afraid to be persistent. If emails dont work show up to their desk in person. I'm undefeated when pop up in person.

      Pros

      Good learning, good benefits, and exposure to a lot of different areas of the utility. A lot of experienced engineers who've been in the industry for decades.

      Cons

      Large workload, small staff. Not sure since I haven't been here for long but promotions seem political. A lot of behind scenes decisions.
