      The employees are true Phila! They are honest, hard working and passionate! True progression up to supervisor roles.

      Cons

      They are crazy about "storm duty" enslaving the employees to work around the clock when weather hits the area without compensation! Its a man's world, minorities are 'trinkets' to show off the diversity, without authority but great pay!
