      The entire team is friendly and helpful - even during a pandemic, they've found ways to introduce themselves to me and offer me assistance getting started.

      Cons

      The flexible remote working arrangement means the office can be very quiet

      Pros

      Everyone is super friendly and helpful, especially for new starters. Fast growing business and a leading provider in what it does. Get to travel and meet clients in person once proven yourself. Good commission structure. Good social side including monthly drinks Got a women’s committee and EDI group which is open to all staff.

      Cons

      Communication with senior staff in regards to company strategy, but this is starting to improve slowly.
