Thank you for taking the time to comment here. Like a lot of companies, our pay structures develop as experience, capability, skill-levels develop during time spent in the company. We welcome college leavers right across the group - in sales, marketing, events production, editorial, finance and research/analytics. We believe that our salaries are market-competitive but as well as that, we believe that this strong-growth, future-focused company offers a work environment and an energetic culture with a lot of opportunities for people. I appreciate that Glassdoor doesn't allow for a more private discussion - but would love it if you could find a way to let me know what you mean by 'difficult to trust management'.
