      Penfed offers as many consumer products as most major banks. As a analytic oriented employee (Data Scientist), you usually own bigger scope which will help you learn and grow. As the company adopts more modern Snowflakes platform, the data usage is a breeze. It's almost a dream job for a data guru.

      Cons

      In the meantime, it can be higher leaning curve for junior folks.
