Cons

Very little staff for the volume of calls, little to no flexibility with employees. During pandemic working remote you will not receive any incentive for using your electricity, internet and personal phone. Almost impossible goals to reach your quota. Little to almost no staff for Spanish speakers. Not open for new upgrades that actually benefit the employee. Can’t leave even if it’s your clock out hour until all calls are finished.

Pros

Plenty of opportunities for growth and movement within the company vertically and laterally. Expectations are clear.

Cons

Training felt rushed. Job can feel "quantity" focused vs "quality," team leads reach out often to try and increase your daily call volume. Most likely they have team quotas they have to meet. Overall not bad if you understand this is a customer service job, with all the pros and cons that come with it.
