      Company is going through a transition and everything is so exciting right now. This company is very member and employee oriented. The environment is very positive and very much like a family.

      Pros

      Bigger credit union. Most locations no sat. Hours are great.

      Cons

      . Conducts themselves as a bank vs a credit union. Traing, management, and products are terrible. Sale sale sale and more sale environment even if the member doesn't need theproduct. Does not go by the federal holiday for most closing. Benifits and pay are way below standard especially for the DMV area.

      Colleagues; some small banking perks being instituted (discount on loans, etc).

      Cons

      Terrible departmental leadership, depending on your department--mine was bad enough I quit without another job. Poor communication within and among departments.
