      Pros

      I came over to PenFed in a recent merger. Staff in DCC has been welcoming and helpful to say the least. I am very happy with my experiences here so far and I look forward to learning and growing with them for many years to come.

      Cons

      A great deal of training was self taught with assistance from my peers. This area is being worked on, but it can be very overwhelming at the beginning.
