      Pros

      My direct manager was kind. There is room to move up, but you have to be an Msr for at least 6 months before you can move up. I couldn't leave to be an Msr for any longer than I needed to, hence why I am no longer there, nor had desire to move up once I was done with training.

      Cons

      I don't even know where to start. I have never been so miserable at a job before. I put my 2 weeks notice in, worked the first week, and the second week said screw it and walked out. I never imagined myself just walking out of a job, but, in the end I figured I value my happiness more. I truly would never recommend this company to anyone as a place of employment.

      Pros

      They really care about employee culture. Solid benefits, even if the PTO is archaic in restrictions. Great co-workers and a company goal I can get behind.

      Cons

      Home grown systems not like the market standard, mixed with technology old as floppy disks makes for highly inefficient results. Management tries to fix it, but the tactics are haphazard and miss their mark more than make.

      Pros

      Good benefits. Flexible schedules. Even though some areas need improvement and more quality than quantity but overall not a bad company to work for.

      Cons

      Poor management and training purposes, new employees do not get good trainings, not everyone is treated equally, some employees may not have the opportunity to grow no matter how much experience, qualities and capabilities they may have.
