      The CEO brings energy to work every day and regularly communicates his vision to all employees. Employees have rallied around the CEO's "big, hairy, audacious goal." With everyone working in teams to reach that goal by 2025, managers genuinely care about developing their employees and helping them succeed.

      Cons

      For people who don't like working in a high-energy, fast-paced team environment, PenFed may not be right for them.

      Pros

      It goes beyond the benefits. It's teamwork, strive for better shown by staff and management and even our CEO. But after awhile you realize you really stay because they all become family.

      Cons

      Penguin could use an update. Or 10 😉, I know policy is policy but sometimes going thru so many places to get to one destination is a time waster.
