      Pros

      I truly was fortunate to work alongside a phenomenal team during my time at PennyMac. I felt that I was trained well, enjoyed my work, and that there was a large amount of transparency with top executives on strategic priorities.

      Cons

      In my particular role, there may have been some limits to promotion opportunities due to the hierarchy and structure in place. That said, I felt that my direct manager always advocated for me and valued me, and I was not concerned overall about my long-term potential with the company.

      Upper management, no room for growth opportunities, no change in pay but you will get more work as time goes on, stress

      Facilities are nice, all basic things like health care, 401K etc are included.

      Cons

      Work experience will depend on your location. Unfortunately the state of Florida does not have a team that reflects the true PennyMac experience.
