      Pros

      Exposure to everything. You will learn to deal with adversity and grow from it. Consider your tenure here as an AP class in office politics. Remember that the brain trust is in their leadership, just don't get caught up in titles.

      Cons

      Exposure to everything. Nepotism, cronyism, and lots of old school bravado. A pinch of FAFO for good measure, don't challenge the old guard.

      Very nice office and location

      Cons

      They lie about equal distribution of leads and it is very uneven. Please do not be fooled by your interview process where they tell you otherwise to get you in the door.

      Corporate Benefits are very good

      Cons

      Squid Games! They hire too many LOs, and ask for a review on 1st week (weird), then fire everyone. No cap, half our starting team is gone in 8m. Wild!
