Pros
I've been with the company for a few months now and my experience has been great. My team members are easy to get along with and always willing to help and my VP has been very supportive and is always open to answering questions and helping me advance my knowledge. Starting a new job during the pandemic has not been easy, but I feel that my team has had the best attitude about making me feel welcome and supported.
Cons
I really can't think of anything to list as a con. I can understand that everyone might have a different experience depending on their team and department, but mine has been great.
