- Incredibly friendly atmosphere and leadership. - Very frank, and straightforward, with their expectations. - With that being said, they will support you to get you to your marks, and provide a PLETHORE of coaching.

Cons

- No permanent remote opportunities (hybrid would be a good model, if Pennymac ever thought of doing so)
