PennyMac has amazing team leaders is customer service. James is my team leader and he is the most helpful manager I've ever had. He definitely puts the customers best interest first.

We are one big Family here at PennyMac. I have been here just over 4 years and have had 3 promotions . PennyMac has great career opportunities and amazing benefits for anyone looking to grow with an established company. If you are in a a career path with another company and feel like your stuck with no growth opportunity’s I would suggest attend one of many job fairs or you log in to our web site hit the career tab and load a copy of your resume .
