      beware of the positive reviews

      pay checks clear on time

      Cons

      Do not believe any of the positive reviews as management has been encouraged to add positive reviews. This is NOT a good place to work. No Raises but they still do annual review just to tear down employees. Bonuses are promised but stolen away per company policy. Overtime is demanded on the same day as you are expected to work it. No advancement unless former Countrywide or Bank of America crony. Benefits too expensive and just average.

      Experienced executives who know what they are doing, great people at all levels, lots of opportunity if you are patient and willing to work hard.

      Cons

      Benefits could be better but are improving every year.

      Pros

      I would like to share how much i enjoy working here. I like coming into work every morning with a positive energy. I really enjoy all the feedback i get from my peers and management good or bad its always great to know where i stand. I am happy with all the support i have received throughout the time i have been here and the future as well.

      Cons

      There really is no downside working at PennyMac, such a great company and there is room for growth.
