      Not a great place to work

      Pros

      There's a lot of consultants that you can learn from. They really built the foundation at this place and they are amazing to work with if you're looking to learn.

      Cons

      There's a lot of people walking around that would fail even the most basic HR policies. There are several individuals that have literally yelled and demeaned another individual in the middle of the IT floor and still have a job. They are protected. And their behavior reveals they feel they are untouchable.

      Going downhill

      Good managers, trying to teach you things as much as possible

      Cons

      no WLB, They are trying to fill mid management roles with multiple analysts, or worse, like just spread the workload within the team. Crushing everyone on the team. No real career opportunity, won't raise or promote you
