Pros
They are very team oriented , although this role is a field position you are but a phone call away from getting vital information and support from all departments. Freedom to create your own work/travel schedule. Fantastic company paid benefits.
Cons
Sales and activity reporting is overly tedious , reduces production time and personal life. This is Not a 9-5 position. to be successful you should expect to begin work by 7am and send in your last report by 11pm every evening. Frequent flier/Road warrior, multi state traveling on short notice. Target market continuously changes quarter to quarter. Upper Management is non existent . No Guidance or involvement. Only focused on personal sales.
