Pros

When you walk in the door, you feel welcomed. Your co-workers become your family and when you are going through something, everyone digs deep to help, whether it is a kind word, a smile, or a hug. It's easy to wake up every morning when you know you will be surrounded by such warm, loving, and fun people. We work hard and have fun by the mile. Managers are always willing to help you excel, willing to listen, and have a heart. It's really a human to human experience and that's hard to find.

Cons

I can't think of any. It's a great place!

Pros

I have been employed for 2 years with PFP. While here I have been given great feedback from my manager on how I can move up with the company. Since then I have been promoted. I don't feel that managers play favorites, as I have read in some previous reviews. I do see that hard work does get noticed. I didn't know anybody when I started with PFP, but now I have about 100 new friends.

Cons

It's a 30 minute commute and some days with the snow it can be difficult for me to get to work on time.

The training was awesome. Management definitely have your best interest at hand always challenging me to succeed. Great positive sales team. No cut throats, no cold calling good base salary and benefits.

Cons

I tend to get lost once in a while so I invested in a GPS. Problem solved!
