--Positive Onboarding experience and training

Cons

--Only way the supervisors and managers knew how to "manage" were by sending out e-mails that threaten job termination or write-ups for non-performance. ---If supervisors and managers were more supportive rather than punitive, I would have stayed.

Great work environment and management. Awesome lead supervisors and communication.

Cons

More than 5 paid holidays. Ex. Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. (half day) To spend more time with family.
