Compensation is adequate, and in this role, you will have work-life balance.

Cons

PHMG looks to trap unsuspecting small businesses into auto-renewing agreements - rather than retaining clients by providing a valuable service. Management is cold, disrespectful, and out of touch with reality. I was an extremely high performer and yet, was disrespected on numerous occasions.

- Excellent training program! - Supportive and encouraging relationships built with co-worker and members on your team. - CEO and heads of sales are knowledgeable and mostly supportive and encouraging -Can be a fun, fast-paced work environment

Cons

- Predatory work environment towards women from male staff - Little to no managerial training provided to Media Development Executives that get promoted to team leads or higher positions. - The level of professionalism that the company claims it holds itself to ends after training. - Manner in which lower employees are spoken to is unprofessional, not constructive and in some cases abusive. -Extremely high turn over. Most new individuals are gone after 3-4 months. Very rare that new employees stay a full year.
