      Pros

      Everything, The People, The welcome. What we do for our clients. Our Products. My experience from onboarding to speaking with colleagues across Global teams, The Training, The inclusivity. The senior managers are approachable, and on it. I love the dynamic here. The office is great and collab between teams is decent too.

      Cons

      Like any new job, you bring the skills you have but there is a way of doing things here as ultimately this is different to what you have done before, so as always it takes a bit of time to bed in and familiarise with process and what to prioritise. It wouldn't be account management if spinning plates wasn't part of the JD! Christmas Time is especially Busy! Probation is now 6 months which feels right, and I was fully supported throughout my journey so far.

      Pros

      The commission structure is by far the best I’ve come across in sales. You’re capable of making £10K+/month on commission before taxes.

      Cons

      The hours can be long. I wish there were remote options as the job can be done from home.
