- a lot of company happy hours?

Cons

- sexual harassment - the amount you are promised to make OTE isn't even achieved by their top performers in the sales org - leadership will raise their voices at employees if they do not believe you are not performing well, very emotional - the product is not what they tell you it is in the interview - the attrition rate is incredibly high - expected to work insane hours for little pay and no OT - no promotional track or availability for growth, even management is still cold calling all day everyday - no benefits at all

Very sociable team members, nice office space, decent perks

Cons

Lack of management training leads to a toxic work environment. Upward movement within the company relies on 'dangle the carrot' technique with little follow through on promises. Pay is not competitive for job responsibilities and Chicago market.
