Hard work isn’t an option here it is mandatory, but at the same time you get rewarded for your hard work. There are always daily, weekly, & monthly incentives for the best performers! Team leaders and managers provide constant training that will allow you to be successful on the job. If you love sales and competition this is the place for you! It’s a great place to start a career and grow as a professional.

It is sales so there will be pressure to produce, but at the same time hard work is rewarded by management.
