Pros

Everyday at PHMG is different - bringing fresh challenges and new opportunities. Working as a creative in the company, you witness firsthand the expertise of all the staff and the effort each person goes to to drive the company and the product forward. This drive stems from the family-like culture that’s instilled from management, where everyone wants the best for each other.

Cons

Expectations are high, but that’s what pushes our product and client acquisition and management levels to the standard they are at.

I’ve never been more motivated in my entire life than this past year, working at PHMG. Everyone works so hard, it’s really inspiring. Not only does PHMG inspire you to work to your full potential but they also reward you in ways that really make you want to go the extra mile for them. Being a fairly new company to the States there are so many new opportunities and avenues to grow.

Cons

Culture can be intimidating at first, but everyone is so nice. You get used to it.

Pros

PHMG has evolved a great deal in the 6 and a half years I have worked there. The product which production and the creative departments produce is better than ever. Being able to use the skills I gained from college and university in such a niche role, and editing and listening to some of the best voice talent in the UK and around the world, is definitely a plus.As well as working with some lovely people. The staff and my colleagues here are a great bunch. We all recently received a PH Perks loyalty card which is sure to come in handy and it's excellent to get half a day off for your birthday and ice cream in the summer!

Cons

Working environment isn't ideal at times due to noise and typical office set up. No in office HR department
