Fantastic working environment, definitely is a place where the harder you work the more rewarded you are, having been with the company over 2 years now, I have progressed in 3 departments now, to be a Client Support Manager. The CSR and sporting opportunities that are available make PHMG a fantastic place to work. The Audio Brand Inn and break room areas are a fantastic use of space. The ''PH Perks'' of a barber and beautician are the little things the company do that add value to the working week. Commission opportunity is realistic and fair. there is no hidden caveats for the commission structure, never withheld, always paid what you have earned!

Cons

The 'On time' cash bonus is a brilliant incentive, however some more flexibility for working hours would be helpful

Pros

The people, the product, the environment are all fantastic. It is 100 miles an hour so if you are not fully committed then it’s not the place for you. But if you want to work for a dynamic, aggressive, world class company then you will love it here.

Cons

You have to give everything to the company, which is great if you don’t have a family life as well but not always possible if you do. This was the only reason I decided to leave.

Cons

There can be tight deadlines, which is to be expected given the job.
