Awesome environment. Open sales floor filled with good people. High energy, fast paced. Tons of perks like dinners at 5 star restaurants, open bar company gatherings, prizes and cash bonuses at the end of EVERY month.

Cons

At the end of the day, its inside sales. A lot of time on the phone.

In just over a year working full time at PHMG, I can honestly say I haven’t had a bad day yet. If you’re prepared to work hard and take the opportunities that come your way, you’ll start to see real career progression in no time, as I have done. The best thing about the company, however, has to be the culture and the people. Helping to create a world-class product would be enough in itself, but there’s so many little perks and extras for you to take advantage of, and working in an enjoyable atmosphere every day is something I never take for granted.

There's great opportunities but you have to be prepared to put the work in.
