      Pros

      Great opportunity, huge potential for great earning. If you are willing to work your butt off PHMG will reward you both financially and culturally. The opportunity to make six figures is truly achievable here. Great in field training, and ongoing training to hone your skills.

      Cons

      This is not a job for someone that is looking to just clock in and collect a check.

      Pros

      Having worked for PHMG for almost 2 years I can honestly say it's a great company to work for, amazing incentives, career progression, commission structure, cash bonus, the list Is endless.

      Cons

      Hours can be long and you are pushed hard for targets but that's just direct sales, If you are not target driven and willing to put the hours in then sales isn't for you.

      Pros

      PHMG is fast-paced company that demands a high level of work rate combined with quality skills to do your job role and succeed. So if you’re looking for an easy job to breeze by it isn’t for you, however if you’re wanting to progress in your career and as a person then you’ve found the right company. From day 1 I’ve had progression opportunities which I have taken full advantage of and hopefully will continue to do in the years to come. I have also seen many more employees now friends do the same throughout the company. Amazing office facilities, social opportunities and charity work throughout. Would highly recommend.

      Pay is very much commissioned based which can be hard to replicate across all departments and job roles
