Pros
I came into the role with no b2b experience and the training was so good, i was nervous joining because of my experience but the environment is great everyone's really sociable and we all do things after work together. Within my first couple of months i felt like id worked here for ages. Also i made the most iv ever made in my first year here
Cons
The job is defiantly a high input high output role, the people who are the best in the team come in yearly to hit their numbers. Its hard work but the commission is good so i don't mind it and i like being around people who choose to work hard.
