You're always rewarded for hard work with fantastic commission and incentives. The company is very dynamic and the product is always improving, with new voice overs coming on-board and unique compositions. The PHMG Foundation supports a number of different charities and an enormous amount of money is raised each year. The company generously matches the amount which is raised by the staff.
