Old reviews need to be ignored, PHMG has been modernised and the culture has improved loads since I first began. - great commission structure - fantastic opportunities of progression based off performance - support and coaching - diverse and inclusive - great office space - company growth is impressive

Cons

- takes a certain type of sales person who is ready to put in the hard yards but will really benefit - not in the city centre - wearing a suit Monday to Thursday although rules seem to be relaxing

The business consistently is setting itself ambitious targets which creates an atmosphere where everyone is always striving for more. We are all passionate about what we do and what we can offer which also helps create a great buzz around the office. Everyone is really friendly all the way up in to the board. You can approach anyone and have a decent conversation or receive useful information to help you improve. The facilities are great with lots to do, nicely designed spaces and we're adding to it which is great. Never standing still!

I'd love a new monitor and a standing desk setup.
