Pros
I have had to leave PHMG due to child care issues. Excellent company! There is a reason why they are a world leader. I learned a lot in the short period i was there. great bunch of people great team and great training. you get out what you put in. Its that simple. irrational commitment is what they expect and if you put in that effort you will have a great career. They have offered for me to reapply if my circumstances change, which is something i definitely will do and not a lot of companies would offer. Everybody gets along there is no political BS which is great. every strives toward the same thing! very sad i had to leave and will miss everyone!

It isn't a 9-5 but what person with financial freedom works a 9-5? haha! no cons really except im a city fan and you have to look at that big red toilet everyday!
