PHMG provides a great foundation and training programme for a sales career. I would advise any budding sales person to apply here to learn their trade and become a professional.

Cons

Some long hours, as per a lot of the reviews on here. It is difficult but you get out what you put in.

The BDM role is a demanding one where lots of driving and late nights is required. However you learn lots, meet some many businesses, meet so many people and get to earn lots of money. The guys booking my meetings were great and we had a good bond.

Cons

Long hours Lot of driving Sometimes you had to work your own leads rather than meeting booked for you
