PHMG values their staff so much, you get rewarded well for your hard work. The company culture is amazing, everyone is very passionate and there is really good vibe within the office. Since starting, I received a world class induction and since then joined the most amazing supportive team. As a whole, PHMG has the most talented people that I have ever come across and that is throughout all of the departments. Management are supportive, approachable and set fair expectations. I couldn't recommend PHMG enough to work for.

Great culture & people. I was skeptical at first but the earning potential stated is real if you work for it. Fantastic employees and atmosphere, PHMG treat staff well and there is always a fun initiative most months

Cons

If you aren't prepared to work a bit hard, it’s not for you. Continuation of flexi working would be great
