      Pros

      PHMG is a great company. If you put your head down and work hard, you will be rewarded. PHMG is rapidly growing so the opportunity to advance is right in front of you. The culture here is great. Overall, a really fun place to work.

      Face paced work environment. It is a challenging job at times, so it does require a lot of hard work. It is challenging at times, but if you are willing to put forth the extra effort and work hard then you will succeed.

      Pros

      Great opportunity, huge potential for great earning. If you are willing to work your butt off PHMG will reward you both financially and culturally. The opportunity to make six figures is truly achievable here. Great in field training, and ongoing training to hone your skills.

      This is not a job for someone that is looking to just clock in and collect a check.

      Pushing a terrible product, just look up "PHMG Unfair Contract Terms" on Facebook, you are essentially scamming small businesses for a living. Zero growth opportunity's Company only cares about money, most people don't last more than 4 months
