Money can be good for a small few if they tolerate being owned

I had worked at PH Media Group between January 2012 to August 2016. The company is firstly run by probably the best Managing Director I've ever had in Mr Grant Reed who has been nothing but supportive throughout my time at the company and even after all the success he's had, is still so driven and ambitious. A great example to all other MD's. Secondly the company itself is a great place to satisfy your ambition to succeed and if you hit the targets set, you will progress up the hierarchy. Hitting the targets will require you to graft hard, put in the effort and show commitment but they are more than achievable. I've seen people, over my 4 1/2 years of working for PH, that have joined with no sales experience and within 1-2 months be hitting between £1100-1600 p/month just in commission. When I first started, all of PH Media's business was in the UK, but in the last 2-3 years has grown rapidly to now be working in countries that include USA, Canada, South Africa, Dubai, Ireland etc etc. "I'll miss my colleagues/friends I've made". I think it's the main thing I've heard so many people say over the years that have left since I've been there, but it's true. If you work at PH Media Group you will make friends for life. Everyone is "like-minded" and for me have been the best group of people I've ever met at work. If you are lucky enough to work at the company you'll understand what I mean. The London office is by far the classiest office I've ever worked in with amazing views of The City and St Pauls Cathedral. The London Office is run by Kieron Driscoll who is a very ambitious, driven and professional man. He will push you and motivate you to succeed and is an extremely level-headed Director with a fair management approach to all. Again, a great guy. And lastly, I couldn't not mention the LEGENDARY Summer Soirée and Christmas Party's. I've attended 5 Summer Soiree's and 4 Christmas parties. We've had the Xmas one twice at the Lowey Theatre, once at the Lowry Hotel and one at the Imperial War Museum. All of these are such good nights and if you get to attend one you'll see what I mean by "no expense spared". A lot of work and money goes into to them and they are brilliant. But for me the Soirée at Haydock Racecourse is UNREAL! Literally the best weekend of the year. It's pure fun from start to finish and I can't stress just how epic the whole weekend is. We had AP McCoy as a guest speaker this year as an example of how high the standards and quality the Directors at PH make it for the staff. I will never forget those events with PH Media Group. If you're ambitious, hungry, driven and want to work at a World Leading Organisation then I would recommend the company 100%.
