PHMG offers a lively and upbeat environment for it's staff, so there's never a dull moment in the office. They are keen to reward employees with bonuses and incentives, along with company paid events during the Summer and at Christmas. PHMG likes to drive it's employees, so if you are prepared to work hard and stay focused, the rewards can be fantastic. The role of an Audio Brand Consultant is busy and demanding, however the days go quick and I have never found myself clock watching or with nothing to do. The job can be stressful especially over busy periods of the year, however this is an opportunity for each member of the team to excel in their role and reap the benefits of their hard work and effort. Overall, if you like a company that encourages it's staff to work hard to achieve the best they can, then PHMG is perfect.
Cons
Communication between the departments at PHMG could be improved, there have been occasions where changes have occurred within the business which have not been communicated to the relevant teams or staff members - this can at times feel very frustrating.
