Pros

Working at PHMG has been a great opportunity to grow professionally, especially if you’re looking to develop sales skills and gain real-world experience working directly with business owners. The company offers thorough training, a strong onboarding process, and clear expectations from day one. The product is unique, which helps you stand out in conversations and makes the job more interesting than traditional sales roles. You’re offering something that genuinely enhances how a business presents itself. There’s a strong sense of team support, and leadership is approachable and invested in helping you succeed. If you’re driven, competitive, and goal-oriented, this is an environment where you can really excel.

Cons

It is a high-volume sales role. You’re expected to make a lot of outbound calls daily, which can be tiring if you’re not used to that pace. The pressure to hit goals can be intense at times, and like most sales jobs, you’ll need a thick skin to push through rejection. If you’re serious about growing your sales career, it’s a rewarding place to do it.

Pros

Management gives a ton of incentives on a daily basis because they understand how hard sales can be. Very dynamic with games to alleviate some of the stress. Excellent training programs for beginners who haven't done sales before. Opportunity to grow with the company if you show results. Very flexible and understanding if you have any situation outside of work.

Cons

Like every sales role, it sometimes can become stressful when you're not able to hit your target.

Thank you for the great feedback, it’s fantastic to hear that you’re finding the environment supportive, especially in a role as fast-paced as sales. We’re glad the incentives, training, and flexibility are making a real difference in your day-to-day. We also appreciate your note about adding more regular training - that’s a helpful suggestion and something we’ll continue to look at as part of our ongoing development efforts.
