      Car Package. Most of the BDM's are cool to work with.

      Cons

      Culture - the most toxic culture I have ever been apart of. Zero work/life balance. Its all work and sell at all cost. Comp plan with hidden variables that keeps talent from reaching goal levels. Upper Management (VP's and above) - good at sales, terrible at coaching and managing. Sales focused NOT customer focused - get the $$, no one cares about client retention. PHMG Retention Strategy: "You signed the 5 year contract, either pay it or we will sue you."

      Enjoying my time here

      Great induction - sit with all the different departments and learn how the business operates Management listen to feedback and implement changes Relatively laid back Actually do what is right by the customer Targets given near beginning of month As nearly all in one office can be approached in person Table tennis/playstation etc on breaks 4 day work week/3 day weekend! Work from home day

      Cons

      Hours can be unsocial and difficult (such as 1-10pm or 4pm-1am) Meetings about meetings Only 1 day from home Old monitors - give us new ones, please :-)
